Advised PT Apollo Asset Management Indonesia, a member of Korea-based Heung Chang Group, in the acquisition of a banking loan portfolio through a cessie transaction, including regulatory liaison with the Land Office, legal due diligence on land titles and security documents, and coordination with the Land Office on land mapping issues and the conversion of Hak Tanggungan registrations into the electronic system.
Counsel to PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, a Malaysia-affiliated banking institution, handling dispute resolution, litigation, and post-litigation matters across the East Indonesia region, alongside strategic legal advisory and agreement structuring covering working capital loan facilities, credit restructuring, personal data protection, bank loan portfolio acquisitions, pension credit facilities, implementation of OJK Regulation No. 4 of 2025, Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), and the new Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP). Advisory scope further extends to bancassurance products, credit novation, partial discharge of security rights (Roya Parsial) and the return of collateral to subrogated parties, Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios and interest rate application, asset liquidation processes (including auction announcements, notifications, and engagement of Public Appraiser Service Offices/KJPP), and the implementation of Prudential Banking Principles and other related statutory requirements.
Successfully represented PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk — Indonesia's largest Islamic bank — in collaboration with Law Office of Dahana & Ridzki ("DNR"), in a sharia economic dispute involving breach of contract arising from Murabahah and Musyarakah Mutanaqisah financing agreements, with a financing value of IDR 4,220,340,773.09. Concurrently led out-of-court recovery efforts, managing a portfolio exceeding 100 debtors across the Jakarta region.

Bankruptcy & Suspension of Payment

Represented PT Ceria Alam Sentosa, as the PKPU Respondent (Termohon PKPU).
Advised PT Garista, an Indonesia-based telecommunication construction company on enforcement strategies through PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings in relation to unpaid project claims.

Capital Market

Advised PT Panin Asset Management (“PAM”), an Indonesia-based capital markets company and licensed investment manager, in collaboration with DNR, on regulatory compliance concerning investment manager responsibilities toward consumers and consumer protection in the financial services sector.

Corruption and General Crime Matters

Represented WGM Sp. z o.o., a Poland-based mining company, in collaboration with DNR, filing a police report in connection with alleged document forgery and/or insertion of false information into an authentic deed by the company’s management and shareholders, involving a claim value of USD 5,000,000.
Assisted an individual client in filing a police report in relation to alleged electronic fraud and embezzlement involving the unauthorized use of the client’s account, including the preparation and issuance of a demand letter.
Represented the Defendant in a corruption case concerning misappropriation of Special Allocation Funds (Dana Alokasi Khusus) before the Makassar District Court.

General Corporate

Represented PT GYRA, an Indonesia-based electronic production company, in drafting and negotiating key commercial and employment documents, including distributor agreements, fixed-term employment agreements (PKWT), indefinite-term employment agreements (PKWTT), and company standard operating procedures (SOP).
Advised PT Agung Mandiri Global on corporate restructuring matters, including changes management composition, termination of directors, corporate assets, and share transfers.
Successfully represented PT Djafarindo Palm Mas, an Indonesia-based palm oil company, as Defendant in a breach of contract dispute arising from import transactions against a Hong Kong-based entity before the West Jakarta District Court, resulting in recovery of USD 216,120.
Advised PT Garista in relation to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental obligations, including assistance with business licensing and submission of Investment Activity Reports / Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (“LKPM”) through the Online Single Submission (“OSS”) system.
Represented PT HLTY MRKT IDN, an Indonesia-based beauty clinic, in obtaining regulatory approvals from the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) for a beauty clinic.

Insurance

Advised PT. Gigacover Indonesia, a Singapore-based Insurtech company, for its dissolution process in Indonesia. This included advising on directors' liabilities as liquidators, drafting GMS materials, managing the publication of dissolution notices, and overseeing the formal closure of the Business Identification Number (“NIB”).

Intellectual Property

Advised PT Tiga Menara Sulawesi (PT TMS), an Indonesia-based Real Estate developer, on trademark registration, including end-to-end assistance from filing to issuance of the trademark certificate through the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual) online system.

Represented Hedi Yunus, a prominent Indonesian singer, in collaboration with DNR, negotiating termination of a commercial agreement relating to the exploitation of musical content as Ring Back Tone (RBT).

Land & Property

Represented an Individual client, as purchaser, in drafting and negotiating a buy-back agreement with PT Jawara Properti Indonesia, a real estate developer based in Malang.
Represented an Indonesian high new worth individual in Jakarta, as Plaintiffs, in civil proceedings before the South Jakarta District Court concerning the annulment of a mortgage (Hak Tanggungan) auction, involving a claim value of Rp24,655,000,000.
Advised an Individual client, as holders of land ownership evidence (surat rinci/girik), on legal strategies for the annulment of land title certificates (Sertifikat Hak Milik) over a plantation land area of approximately 4 hectares through administrative court proceedings.
Represented a High Net Worth individual in Makassar, as purchaser, in issuing a formal demand letter in connection with alleged fraud, embezzlement, and tort arising from the seller’s failure to provide access to purchased land.

Merger & Acquisition

Represented PT EBI, in collaboration with Milano Rahma Alliansich Attorneys at Law ("MRA") in conducting legal due diligence (LDD) in connection with the acquisition of a data center.

TMT (Telecommunication, Media, and Technology)

Represented PT EBI, in collaboration with Milano Rahma Alliansich Attorneys at Law ("MRA"), in conducting Legal Due Diligence ("LDD") in relation to the acquisition of a data center.
Represented PT Trans Nasional Teknologi (TRANSNET) in the establishment of a consortium for joint business development.
Represented PT Nervelink Utama Media in regulatory proceedings before the South Sulawesi Regional Police (Polda Sulsel) concerning alleged violations in the telecommunications and information technology sector.
Advised multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs) on licensing feasibility and operational compliance (2021–2025), including PT Pricom Media Solusi, PT Banda Telekomunikasi Perkasa, PT Iftalink Media Karya, and PT Pallaka Techno Solution.

Represented PT Garista in obtaining permits and regulatory approvals for Fiber To The Home (FTTH) projects, as well as liaising with and negotiating agreements with relevant governmental authorities.
