Ramlan Ginting

Dr. Ramlan Ginting is an expert in banking law and international arbitration with extensive academic and practical experience. He holds an LL.M. from The American University, Washington, D.C., and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia, with a research focus on Letters of Credit and banking practices. In addition to his role as a postgraduate lecturer and both national and international arbitrator, Dr. Ramlan previously served as a Senior Director at Bank Indonesia, where he was involved in research and education related to banking and financial systems.
